Striped half pants

I bought a size L, but the length was shorter than I expected, so I haven't worn it at all and have kept it in my dresser.I have taken photos with a measuring tape, so please check the size yourself.I have ironed it neatly, but I will ship it in a very compact form, so there may be some creases.
