This is a vintage Nirvana t shirt size xl. Has a Giant tag. Graphic is from the In Utero Tour 1993. Looks enjoy it was hardly worn, no holes rips or stains. Couldnt find a similar shirt with the baby graphic also on the back, usually just says In Utero. I believe the baby graphic was from the Nevermind tour. Be aware the babys private parts can be seen, which I covered up for the pic. Likely a reprint or promotional item.
