I have been painting furniture since I was 16, a long time! I am cutting at least half of my Dixie Belle down. This paint is all brand new and sealed. This paint is a mineral chalk paint, meaning it will need to be stirred and shaken on the regular before use. It will settle! it might need water added here and there. This all comes with the territory of this paint.
