3 never used atomic turquoise manic panic hair dye. While bottles have never been used they have been opened and the one with the small cap i dropped and like a teaspoons worth fell out and the cap cracked. That's why i put on a different cap .Yet they are all full to the top. Even though one i dropped and spilled, i spilled so little its basically still full to the top. Im just trying to let you know so u know what youre getting. This hair dye is long lasting. lovely color. Please remember i don't pick the shipping price and i make no money from shipping. Each bottle sells for $12 so its still a wonderful deal.
